Dr Ludovic C. VERBIST
Group Managing Director
Dr Ludovic Charles VERBIST, LLM, Ph.D., TEP, is the Managing Director and founder of the AAMIL Group. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics and Finance from Indiana University (USA). He practiced as a lawyer in Brussels before serving as Managing Director of Pargesa Holding S.A. in Geneva and the Edmond de Rothschild bank in Mauritius. Renowned for his expertise, Dr Verbist is also a regular speaker at international tax conferences.
Carmen ORREGO
Head of Geneva Office
Carmen Orrego joined the AAMIL team in 2011 and now leads the Geneva office. She plays a key role in establishing and maintaining client partnerships. In addition to overseeing the administration of companies domiciled at the Geneva office, she facilitates coordination between clients and our Mauritius office, ensuring seamless and efficient collaboration.
